ON-LINE ORDERS: Payment for the product can be securely carried out by credit card, Paypal, or bank transfer.
The product purchased is shipped within 7 working days by courier.
Placing a purchase order implies your consent to receive further communication from the company that is solely aimed at improving and concluding the transaction.


CHANGE IN SIZE: Clients have the right to return the product purchased (at their own expense) if the size of the item received does not meet their needs. The company will bear the cost for sending the new size within 7 working days from the date we receive the returned product. The product must be intact and in its original packaging. Before any return, clients must first notify us by e-mail: quagga@gogreenstore.com.


CHANGE IN MODEL: Clients have the right to return the model purchased (at their own expense) if not satisfied, and if they would like another model from the brand name collection. The company will bear the cost for sending the new size within 7 working days from the date we receive the returned product. The product must be intact and in its original packaging. Clients are asked to contact a representative by sending a message through our e-mail: quagga@gogreenstore.com before shipping, in order to decide on the criteria to adopt for any returns or price differences between the models.

RETURNS: Clients have the right to cancel purchases for any reason, without explanation and without any penalty, if not satisfied with the product received, previously notifying us of their will to return the product purchased, by e-mail or fax, within 5 days after receiving the product. The company will quickly communicate instructions on how to return the product (postage paid by the client). The product returned must arrive intact and in its original packaging, complete with all its parts and without having suffered any damage. Vestetica Ltd. will shortly after refund the client the full amount paid. If the returned product is damaged or tampered with, the client no longer will have the right to return the product. If minor damage is detected, the company reserves the right to deduct from the refundable amount any charges required to restore the product.

APPLICABLE LAW: The sales contract between the client and the company is governed by Italian law in matters of e-commerce. The delivery times indicated represent the time that is usually required to process orders and are solely provided for planning purposes.


SHIPPING: Aware of the value of our products, we pay great attention to packaging and shipping so that they may reach their final destination without being damaged. After the goods are assigned to our carriers, we notify the clients of the tracking number, which allows for locating the package in real-time.
